What Loopdax is

Loopdax is a messaging-assistance platform that helps individual salespeople respond to customer inquiries faster by generating AI-drafted reply suggestions that the salesperson reviews and approves before sending. Loopdax does not send automated messages. Every customer-facing reply is reviewed by a human salesperson.

This Privacy Policy describes how Loopdax handles information collected from people who message a Loopdax-enabled salesperson via SMS, MMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, or public Facebook and Instagram comments.

Information we collect

When you text or message a salesperson who uses Loopdax, we collect:

We do not collect information about you from any source other than your direct messages. We do not collect your location (unless you share it in a message), your browsing history, or information from any other third-party platforms.

How we use information

Information you provide is used to:

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, share it with marketing partners, or use your messages to train AI models broadly. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for the specific purpose of drafting a reply, then a reply is generated. Anthropic's API terms preclude using submitted data for general model training.

Who has access to your information

Within Loopdax, the following parties have access to your messages:

Salespeople using Loopdax can only see conversations with their own customers. They cannot see other salespeople's conversations.

How long we keep your information

Conversation history is retained for as long as the salesperson uses Loopdax. If a salesperson stops using Loopdax, their conversation history may be retained by Loopdax for up to 12 months after their account closure for operational and legal purposes, then deleted.

You may request earlier deletion of your messages by emailing bryan@loopdax.com.

Your choices and rights

Opt out of messaging. Reply STOP to any SMS conversation, or block the salesperson on Facebook or Instagram. Once you opt out, the salesperson cannot send you further messages through Loopdax. To resume conversations, reply START, RESUME, or simply send a new message to the salesperson.

Request information about your data. Email bryan@loopdax.com to request a copy of the information Loopdax has about you.

Request deletion of your data. Email the same address. We will delete your messages within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required for legal compliance.

AI involvement disclosure. If you have a California phone number and message a salesperson using Loopdax, you'll receive a disclosure on first contact informing you that AI tools assist with reply drafting and that a human reviews every message before sending. This is required by California law. Salespeople may extend this disclosure to non-California customers at their discretion.

California Consumer Privacy Act rights

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected about them, the right to know whether personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom (Loopdax does not sell personal information), the right to access their personal information, the right to request deletion, and the right to equal service and price even when exercising privacy rights.

To exercise these rights, email bryan@loopdax.com.

Children's privacy

Loopdax is not directed at children under 13. Salespeople using Loopdax should not knowingly engage in conversations with minors about purchases. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Security

Loopdax uses industry-standard security measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for all communications, encrypted storage of messages at rest, access controls limiting message visibility to the relevant salesperson and Loopdax operators, encrypted off-site backups, and passkey-based authentication (no passwords).

No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

International users

Loopdax operates from the United States. By messaging a Loopdax-enabled salesperson, you consent to your information being processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
